Situated on three verdant acres in the Wailua Homesteads, their home and guest house overlook a slope of manicured grounds that are impeccably maintained by Major. Grass runs luxuriously down the hill to a fertile garden of flowers, herbs and fruit trees. Three immaculate, wicker-furnished suites are found inside the guest house, their sliding glass doors opening onto a common lanai. In each suite a welcome basket of fruit is provided and refrigerators are stocked with milk, juice, cereal, muffins, jam, bread and butter to get you started. Outside, you will most certainly meet Connie and Major's friendly pets as you stroll around the grounds. The cats are especially friendly and will tell you that they are allowed in, but they are not, no matter what they say. Ever gracious hosts, Connie and Major always greet their guests with a warm hug. Married since 1966, they still act like happy honeymooners. When not attending to their guests, they are often found walking the beach in search of glass fishing balls or tootling about in their roadster. One guest put it aptly when she wrote:

PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is restricted to the outdoors and lanai area only. The lanai is a common area for all suites.
Terms & Cancellation Policy
-Room prices are based on single or double occupancy. $15 for each additional person if room permits.
-All room rates are subject to a 12.25% Hawaii State Tax (for reservations after July 1, 2010 the rate is 13.25%)
-Deposit cheerfully refunded, less $20 cancellation fee if reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of deposit, any prepaid balance will be refunded. Deposit refunds will be made if we are able to fill the vacancy created.
-A two-nights deposit is required and the remainder due on arrival. Deposit and pre-payment can be made by credit card, check or money order prior to 30 days of arrival. Cash and traveler's checks only on arrival.
-Credit card payments are available through PayPal. Please let us know if you would like to pay by credit card.
-International guests may send a check drawn on a U.S. bank or a signed traveler's check made out to Inn Paradise Kauai, equivalent to the above deposit arrangement.
